Originally Clotfelter Realty and later renamed CRI Realty Corp, we have served Marion County for three generations. In 2007 we were awarded a RE/MAX International franchise and now operate as RE/MAX AllStars Realty.  RE/MAX International, a real estate franchise network, has more than 6,200 offices in 63 countries.  Peggy and Greg Pittas, who represent the third generation from the Clotfelter family of Realtors^®, operate RE/MAX AllStars Realty at 2425 SW Hwy 484, Ocala.

As RE/MAX AllStars Realty we will continue the family tradition of service to homebuyers and home sellers in the Ocala-Marion County area. Hugh C. Clotfelter started Clotfelter Realty in the 1960s, after relocating from Chicago. He later became one of the earliest presidents of the Ocala/Marion County Board of Realtors. Hugh’s son Richard Clotfelter joined the company in the early 1970s and eventually took over the helm, growing the company to as large as three offices.

Peggy Pittas and husband Greg, came to Florida from the Chicago area in 1999 and after several years working in the industry took over the reins in 2004. “Our first goal was to bring new technology and services to our customers,” said Peggy. As part of their commitment to educating homebuyers and sellers, Peggy and Greg Pittas host a weekly call-in radio show at 9:00 a.m. on Friday on WOCA AM1370 to answer Marion County residents’ questions about real estate.

In 2005 Greg and Peggy began to realize that real estate marketing and agent structure was changing rapidly. With the onset of the internet, and changing commission structures it was apparent that to continue the family real estate tradition a change in business model was required. After researching all the major franchise systems, as well as smaller new franchises, it didn’t take long for us to appreciate the “Everybody Wins” business model of the RE/MAX.  RE/MAX has a powerful and efficient referral network, enhanced by an online roster, and a comprehensive web site on the Internet.
