The RE/MAX business model is based on the simple motto "Everybody Wins". Simply put, associates get maximum commissions and in turn pay a fair fee for only "their" expenses.

Every agent earns 95% of gross commissions. No hidden fees, no add on costs, no transaction fees. The 5% broker fee covers the broker's 1% franchise fee, E&O insurance and broker commission.
What is the RE/MAX Int'l Admin fee? Many agent's in today's market are paying thousands for training and agent services. For a fraction of what these agents are paying - the administrative fee provides agents:

What is the RE/MAX AllSars Admin/ Office Fee? Many brokerages charge high commission splits 30% -50%, office fees and even costs for copies and phone calls. This system forces successful agents to pay for those agents working part-time or are less productive. Under the RE/MAX business model agents pay for only services they use, and not for other agents. These fees are usually thousands less then what agents pay at other brokerages and often recovered 100% by the increase in business due to the RE/MAX brand affiliation. Best of all your hard work is protected, with all leads going to the producing agent. These fees will vary based on the agents business choices Obviously an agent choosing the largest office pays more then agents with work stations or working from home. How are these fees paid? Associates are billed monthly. Often these fees are offset 100% from increased earnings due to joining the RE/MAX network.
Can my fees be paid from commissions? Yes.. Agents may choose to be a part of the "No Stress" program where a small fee is charged monthly and balance paid from earned commissions.
